Mounting our TCE spark resistant air hoist to our VLPT push trolley will create an easy and economical method of transporting the load in potentially explosive atmospheres. Our TCEP-llB are Ex certified spark resistant to gas level II 2G Ex h IIB T4 Gb and dust level II 2D Ex h IIIB 130°C Db and are in compliance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.

EX Certified Spark Resistant

Harrington TCE-llB are Ex certified spark resistant to gas level II 2G Ex h IIB T4 Gb and dust level II 2D Ex h IIIB 130°C Db and are in compliance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.

Spark Resistant Load Chain

Our load chain on TCE-llB models is nickel-plated for spark and corrosion resistance.

Bronze Wheels

These wheels have sealed ball bearings and are designed to fit flat or tapered beam flanges.

Rubber Bumpers

Rubber bumpers are standard on all motorized trolleys to provide protection from collisions.

TCE Line Video

The Harrington TCE spark resistant air hoist line is designed to be used according to its ATEX rating for Category 2 locations where an explosive atmosphere exists due to the presence of IIB gases or IIIB dusts. IIB gases include ethylene, methane, propane, or similar gases and IIIB dusts include combustible flyings and non-conductive dusts such as food, paper, and wood. These hoists are available in ¼ Ton through 6 Ton with motorized, push, and geared trolley options and can be operated within the range of 60-90psi.
